The Hydraulic System Training program was conducted to enhance the technical competency and practical understanding of the Tjiwi Kimia Engineering Team in the field of hydraulic technology and industrial hydraulic applications. This training covered fundamental principles of hydraulic systems, including hydraulic components, circuit design, system operation, troubleshooting techniques, and preventive maintenance practices.
Participants were introduced to the functions and applications of key hydraulic components such as hydraulic pumps, valves, actuators, filtration systems, and control elements to ensure reliable and efficient system performance.
Through theoretical sessions and hands-on practical training, participants gained comprehensive knowledge of hydraulic system analysis, operational procedures, fault identification, and maintenance strategies. The program was designed to improve engineers’ capabilities in optimizing hydraulic equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe and effective operation of industrial machinery.
The training was conducted at Bosch Rexroth Jakarta, providing participants with direct exposure to advanced hydraulic technologies and industry-standard solutions for industrial automation and motion control systems.
